The modification of the gear box ratio involves a modification of the kinematics.
This operation can be carried out after validation of the new kinematics by PRONIC.

 ► Tools needed

. Allen wrench #5   . Springring pliers   . Screw driver (optional)

► Removing the gears

1.  Unscrew the housing screws. 2.  Remove the housing from its cover.
3.  Remove the springrings.    4.  Remove the gears.

► Fitting the gears

1.  Fit the gears in the correct order (input gear Z6/ output gear Z7). 2.  Tighten the gear box with the springrings .
3.  Grease the gears with high-temperature MSO2 grease. 4.  Refit the cover and housing, tightening each screw a little at a time.
