Purpose
- Provide microlubrication directly onto the taps of PRONIC tapping units.
- Obtain optimum tap lubrication which is synchronized with the press (or machine) cycle.

Features
- Available number of pumps / lines: 1 to 4, or 6.
- Airflow is adjustable using a pressure regulator.
- Adjustable oil volume for each line (0 to 30mm3).
- Oil supplied to the nozzles by armored, coaxial tubing.
- Tubing (3 meters) is durable, and suited for harsh, industrial environments.
- Bendable copper tubing allows easy and accurate positioning of nozzles (with optional external nozzle configuration).
- Convenient quick-disconnect fitting.
- Low tank fluid level detection system
- Lubrication spray can be directly synchronized with the press motion by means of a solenoid-operated valve.
- Internal frequency generator is also included for fluid delivery control (up to 180 pulses/min).
