Microlubrication System for Tap Lubrication
Because added tap life is directly dependant upon the supply of the lubrication, PRONIC has developed a complete system to handle the process.
 
Equipped with quick fitting connections, this system is very compact, accurate and environmental-friendly, while preventing wasted oil by ensuring that a very low level of oil is being disbursed onto the taps.

DETEC - Tap Detection System

DETEC completes PRONIC tapping solution by ensuring a total control of the tapping process during your production.
 
Simplifying your die design, this highly reliable device can easily be integrated in your future dies and/or your existing ones.
 
DETEC monitors closely the accuracy of your tapping operation, eliminating the need to sort your parts out because of broken taps, a pre-hole too small, or a miss feed.

To complete your tapping unit, PRONIC offers a wide range of high quality rollforming taps.

These taps are ready to use with PRONIC in-die tapping units (DIN standard in stock - other standards upon request).
