Tap lubrication nozzle(s)– built on

Tap life is one of our chief concerns when recommending the range of speed in which the unit should be operating. With that in mind, we strongly recommend our Micro-Lubrication System. The lubrication system is designed to minimize oil consumption while maintaining a good tap life by combining oil and air mixtures that lubricate the tap in sync. with the press stroke. This will save you costs on future lubrication purchases and provides a good working environment by reducing wasted oil.

The nozzles for micro-lubrication and cooling of the taps are built onto the tapping head and fitted with quick-disconnect unions for immediate connection/disconnection of the lubrication system. Depending on tap size, we will recommend from 1 to 4 nozzles per tap.

Quick Installation Kit
		Quick mounting / dismounting of the units. Quick tap change.

Tapping from the side
(horizontal tapping) Used when the part has to be bended before tapping. It makes it possible to tap holes on the flange.

Shock absorber
		To be used for stripper mounting configurations IIncrease tapping unit lifetime by reducing shock effects.

Simplified transmission
Reduce costs for tapping units mounted on the stripper or solid on the lower shoe.

Stroke Reducer
		Can be used in case of very short press strokes to multiply the power of the tapping unit.

Set of gears
Refit your tapping unit for different projects. With a simple set of gears, tap travel or press stroke can be changed easily, to adapt the gear ratio of your tapping to new parameters.

Lead screw assembly (cartridge)
		With a new lead screw assembly, you can adapt the tapping unit to a new tap size for new application.
