Principle of mounting

The tapping unit type EMRFV were designed to avoid damages due to the movements of the press. Thus, the motor is mounted solid on the lower shoe of the tool and the detachable head is mounted on a mobile support (by using the same principle of Quick Mounting Kits as for the mechanical units with detachable head). In this way, only the head of the tapping unit will have to move to the rhythm of the slide of the press.
