Choose our new servo-driven tapping unit EMRFV-3D with solid mounted servo-motor and strip following tapping head.

Advantages:
Reliability – The servo-motor can now be mounted solid on the lower shoe. This will protect the unit from harmful vibrations—only the tapping head is moving.
Thread quality / Time efficiency: The torque control feature on our controller (PRC v3000+) will help you know when to change taps including a signal when there are production faults.
Flexibility – The unit works completely independent from the press stroke while powered by our controller PRC v3000+. The cycle time can be setup according to your application allowing your servo-motor and electro-mechanical transmission to be used for other applications.
Efficiency: The detachable tapping head make tap changes easy, while simplifying maintenance. The controller can also pilot other functions. It can be programmed for tap lubrication, part clamping and control of tap position at bottom dead center.
